Dominica C. Anderson

Dominica C. Anderson, managing partner of Duane Morris’ Las Vegas office, practices in both the firm’s Las Vegas and San Francisco offices. She is a member of the firm’s governing Partners Board and vice-chair of the Duane Morris Women’s Impact Network for Success Steering Committee. Ms. Anderson has over 30 years of experience in high stakes commercial litigation, including banking: shareholder disputes: breach of contract: unfair competition; business interference; false advertising; securities; antitrust; defamation; e-commerce and intellectual property issues; and trademark, trade secrets and copyright issues, throughout the U.S.  She is a member of Duane Morris’ Insurance Practice Group and the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.  She also is a trusted advisor to and represents iconic and budding fashion designers and retail entities as part of Duane Morris’ Fashion, Retail, Luxury and Consumer Goods practice group.

Kathleen (Katy) Brown

Katy Brown is Vice President for Microsoft’s Enterprise Commercial Northwest Region, responsible for directing sales, services and partner efforts across Northern California, Portland and the Seattle area which equates to $1.3B of annual revenue.  She leads a broad team of sales and technical professionals with a key focus on enabling some 300 customers embark on their digital transformation journey.  A twenty-one year Microsoft veteran, Katy is also an active Board Member of both Professional Business Women of California and San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

Tani Girton

Tani has more than 25 years’ experience delivering growth and performance to financial institutions and is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Marin. As Treasurer/EVP at Bank of the West she founded the Women’s Connection, a grass roots organization supporting the personal and professional growth of employees through coaching, education and networking. Tani was a founding manager of Charles Schwab Bank, has taught finance at the college level and mentored many successful professionals. Tani serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California and volunteers in classrooms to bring financial literacy to underserved K-12 school kids. She has an MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University, a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College, and is married with two children.

Catherine I. Weihl

Cathy Weihl is a Senior Vice President in the Human Resources organization of Wells Fargo & Company.  Specifically, Cathy’s focus is on the continuous investment in people, skills and infrastructure in the Wholesale businesses that support Middle Market owned businesses and Government & Institutional Banking businesses. In her current capacity, Cathy is responsible for human capital strategy for the Businesses she supports and she serves on many Corporate HR committees inclusive of Women’s Initiatives throughout the company. In 2007 she joined Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC where she helped to design the Diversity & Inclusion and Career Development strategies for the newly merged Wachovia and Wells Fargo as well as supported other groups in broader Wells Fargo & Company. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she worked on Human Capital strategies for Gap Inc., Bristol Myers-Squibb, HotJobs.com and several HR consulting companies such as Hewitt Associates, Hay Group and Deloitte & Touche. After graduating from Truman State University, she obtained her Master of Science from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.  She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Congresswoman Jackie Speier

Representing the 14th District of California, Congresswoman Speier formerly served as a California State Senator, where she authored groundbreaking legislation in health care, privacy, consumer protection, child welfare, education, and prison reform; and served as Assistant Pro Tem of the State Senate, Chair of the Senate Finance, Banking and Insurance Committee, Chair of the California Legislative Women’s Caucus, and others.

Deepti Srivastava

Deepti Srivastava is passionate about technology and its ability to be a positive change enabler. As Product Manager in Google’s Cloud Platform, Srivastava works on best in class Cloud Databases and Storage technologies. Before that, she was a Technical Program Manager for a database that backs many critical Google products. Prior to that, she was at Oracle Corporation creating scalable database and cloud computing technologies. She is an enthusiastic member of Women@Google. Srivastava is a passionate advocate of STEM education, especially for girls. She has served on several panels across the San Francisco Bay Area as an expert on women’s leadership and technology. Srivastava enjoys dancing and has performed on stage with Salsa and Bollywood dance troupes. She also enjoys snowboarding and all things fashion.​

Judy Bloom

Judy has served as the District Director for then-Assemblywoman Jackie Speier, Executive Director of Resourceful Women. Director of Employer Services at Jewish Vocational Service and Development Officer/Director of Imprint Giving at the Jewish Community Endowment Fund. Judy retired from full-time employment at the end of 2010 and now enjoys studying Hebrew, traveling, volunteering on community boards, working with flowers, and spending time with her family.

Nicole Soluri

Nicole, Past President and Board Chair of PBWC, serves as Chief Deputy Director of the California State Lottery. Nicole was originally appointed Chief Counsel of the Lottery by Governor Brown in early 2012 and applauds the Governor for his commitment to providing women with public sector leadership roles.  Nicole began her legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto. Nicole lives in Sacramento with her husband Patrick, 5-year-old son Connor, 2-year-old daughter Sydney and rescue dog Cody.

Alexandra Roddy

Alex Roddy, past President and Board Chair, is Executive Vice President of marketing and partnerships for Zafin, the leading provider of product and pricing solutions for financial institutions. She is a collaborative, creative, high energy executive who is deeply committed to ensuring that workplace cultures change to become more open and inclusive so that the halls of power better reflect the diversity of our communities.

Madie Cheruvu

As head of HR for Oracle’s Product Development organization, Madie Cheruvu, provides strategic guidance to top technology executives including Oracle President, Thomas Kurian, and oversees a team of  HR business partners that supports the Product development organization .  With over 20 years of HR experience in the high technology industry, Ms. Cheruvu combines a deep understanding of HR policy, process, technology, and analytics with business strategy to help the organizations she supports successfully manage change and complexity. As a member of Oracle’s HR leadership team, Ms. Cheruvu, has been instrumental in helping HR deliver greater strategic value and drive business results through the effective use of talent management, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, supported by Oracle HCM technology. Ms. Cheruvu actively supports leadership development at all levels and is a member of the Oracle Women’s Leadership Executive Steering Committee, which oversees the employee engagement and development strategy for promoting women in leadership.

Cheryl A. Cornelius

Cheryl’s role is to help clients in the technology sector leverage PwC’s breadth of tax, accounting and consulting services globally. Prior to PwC, Cheryl served in a variety of roles including sales, product management and finance for technology companies like IBM, Siebel Systems and General Electric. Cheryl is passionate about promoting gender equality and lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children.

Shirley Gordon, CPCU, CLU, CHFC and JD

Shirley is VP-Operations for State Farm Insurance, with over 40 years of leadership experience. She oversees P&C Business Lines Underwriting for State Farm.She is Vice Chair of the California FAIR Plan Board and Immediate Past Chair of the United Way of Kern County Board. Shirley holds a B.S. degree from Hampton University, MBA from Illinois State University, and Juris Doctorate from the Empire College School of Law.

Deidra Lieberman

Deidra has served on the PBWC Board of Directors since 2012 and was the interim CEO in 2018. She brings her operations, marketing, sales and leadership experience, along with her passion to encourage women at all levels to achieve their ambitions and work toward gender equality in professional settings to her job and the board. She has worked as a General Manager, VP of Sales, DOS and GSM in the radio industry for companies such as ABC/Disney, Citadel, Cumulus, and Entercom and has held multiple board positions. Deidra was recognized as one of the most influential women in radio by Radio Ink Magazine and one of the most influential women in Bay Area business by the San Francisco Business Times.

Emma Pertat

Emma Pertat joined Bank of the West and BancWest Corporation in 2016 as General Auditor.  Emma is a French National and has been with the BNP Paribas Group for more than 25 years being exposed to several positions in different countries. She considers herself a “world citizen” and enjoys every minute of her international exposure. She is a strong believer in women’s capabilities, their leadership skills, the ability to deliver high quality work in their jobs, and to strongly contribute to the sustainable performance of their companies and colleagues.

Gizelle Robinson

Gizelle is an award-winning transformative information technology leader with broad based global experience across multiple industries with three decades of experience. She is the Technical Owner for one of the critical Digital Accelerator Journeys at Schwab. She majored in Industrial Management Engineering and minored in Chemical Engineering. In 2013, she was named one of the Professional Business Women of California Industry Leader Awardees and in 2017, one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World by the Filipina Women’s Network in the category of Innovator and Thought Leader. She is a strong advocate for gender equity, diversity and inclusion. She believes the best way to achieve this is through partnership across the board and to generate sustained awareness of its importance for a high functioning society early and often.

Sylvia Weiler

With over 20 years of travel industry experience and a digital media veteran, Sylvia Weiler serves as Vice President, Audience Strategy & Business Development at Sojern.  In her role, Sylvia oversees global data strategy and partnerships with 60+ of the leading travel brands including American Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, Choice Hotels, Best Western, etc.  Prior to joining Sojern, Sylvia spent 12 years at Travelocity in sales and sales leadership roles. Sylvia has been on the cutting edge of the digital media evolution – early adopter and evangelist for digital marketing channels from display to social, video, programmatic and mobile, and one of the very first digital media sales executives in the travel category, she has worked with some of the largest travel brands globally.  Sylvia serves on the Board of Directors of San Francisco Travel Association; participates as a mentor for Virtual Incubator, and works with young professionals either starting a career or looking to grow on their current paths.

René L. Kim

René Kim is senior vice president at Charles Schwab and leads the Global Data Office and is the Charles Schwab & Co. liaison to Schwab Charitable Donor Advised Fund. René began her tenure at Schwab in April 1999 and has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry.  René joined the Professional BusinessWomen of California board in 2008, and served two terms as the PBWC Board Chair.  She is currently supporting PBWC as an advisor.

Fiona Grandi

Fiona is the National Leader for Strategic Investments for KPMG LLP. In her role, she leads a portfolio of investments in innovation that drive national growth for KPMG in the Audit, Tax and Advisory businesses. Prior to her current role, Fiona was a leader in the Financial Services sector for the West Coast. She is a Partner with over 22 years of experience and is a Certified Public Accountant.
