Cathy Weihl is a Senior Vice President in the Human Resources organization of Wells Fargo & Company. Specifically, Cathy’s focus is on the continuous investment in people, skills and infrastructure in the Wholesale businesses that support Middle Market owned businesses and Government & Institutional Banking businesses.
In her current capacity, Cathy is responsible for human capital strategy for the Businesses she supports and she serves on many Corporate HR committees inclusive of Women’s Initiatives throughout the company.
In 2007 she joined Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC where she helped to design the Diversity & Inclusion and Career Development strategies for the newly merged Wachovia and Wells Fargo as well as supported other groups in broader Wells Fargo & Company.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she worked on Human Capital strategies for Gap Inc., Bristol Myers-Squibb, HotJobs.com and several HR consulting companies such as Hewitt Associates, Hay Group and Deloitte & Touche.
After graduating from Truman State University, she obtained her Master of Science from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
