- Identify womens networks within your company to promote your companys
involvement, encourage enrollment and this years program to bring a young women;
- Designate an individual in your company to be the PBWC, Good Will Ambassador
an internal communicator who will co-ordinate PBWC participation and table sales (this
individual will have their name printed in the program and will receive an invitation to a
VIP reception);
- Promote the PBWC young womens program to any existing mentoring programs within
your organization that cater to or focus on young women; · Contact your Human Resources
Department to promote the conference as a training tool for women and as a source of
potential employees;
- Use conference attendance as an incentive to reward high performers in your company;
- Generate a targeted mailing with the conference invitation to your corporate vendors,
business partners, contacts and customer base promoting your involvement and encouraging
their attendance;
- Brainstorm within your company on how to use your booth creatively including
recruiting strategies and product or service promotions;
- Suggest survey questions to PBWC to include in their annual attendee survey;
- Arrange an internal meeting to preview the conference with a PBWC speaker;
- Offer a member benefit to PBWC members - promoting your product or service - to be
posted on our web site www.pbwc.org
