Patricia Cureton

Patricia Cureton is Director, Human Resources for Oracle Corporation, where she is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leadership development programs for the Global Customer Services organization. Ms. Cureton is co-founder of the Oracle Women’s Leadership Program (OWL) which is a unique, continuing professional enrichment program for women leaders globally. She currently serves on the board of William Jessup University in Rocklin.
