At the conference, PBWC selected three California high school girls who received $5,000 academic scholarships. The recipients are:

Annie Liu, Lowell High School, who will be entering UCLA in the fall

Kara Ricks, El Camino High School, who will be entering UCLA in the fall

Terralynn Mosby, Lionel Wilson Preparatory Academy, who will be entering Grambling State University in the fall
