Dayle Smith, Ph.D.

Dayle Smith, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management and Chair of the Leadership, Communication, Organizations and Social Responsibility (LCOSR) department in the Business School at the University of San Francisco where she directs the Honors Cohort Program and teaches a number of leadership and management courses in the undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA programs. She has written over 15 books and numerous articles on communication, leadership and other human resource-related topics. An active consultant to industry , she has worked with companies such as Wells Fargo, Cost Plus World Markets, Charles Schwab, NCIRE, Bare Escentuals, Quaker Oats and Safeway on communication, management strategy and leadership development programs.
