Margaret A. Neale studies negotiation and team performance. She is the author of over seventy articles, three books, Organizational Behavior: A Management Challenge, Cognition and Rationality in Negotiation, and Negotiating Rationally, and one research series, Research on Managing in Groups and Teams. She has conducted executive seminars in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, South and Central American, China, and the Middle East. She is the faculty director of Negotiation and Influence Strategies and Managing Teams for Innovation and Success executive programs at Stanford University.
