Marilyn Nagel

Marilyn Nagel is Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Cisco Systems where she brings a business-centric approach to diversity and inclusion through large-scale change management, talent planning, and learning programs. Ms. Nagel has worked in academia, corporate training, and communications for almost thirty years. Previous positions include Director of Learning & Development for American Transtech and Director of Instructional Design for American Express. A former adjunct faculty member of the New York Institute of Technology, Ms. Nagel is listed in “Who’s Who-Women in Business.”
