The Power of Connection
Message from our Founder & President
Welcome to the 17th Annual San Francisco Area Professional BusinessWomen of California Conference!
More than 57,000 California businesswomen have gathered over the past 17 years in San Francisco and Sacramento to create a better world for ourselves and those who follow. Our 2006 San Francisco conference once again offers an extraordinary opportunity to join women from a variety of professions and backgrounds in a day of learning, sharing and inspiring. Nationally-known and respected women will present seminars to explain their successful strategies that will entertain as well as inspire. Our keynote Speakers are experts in their fields and are living proof that women are setting the pace for this nation as never before. Each year, PBWC conferences are life-changing experiences for over 8,000 Northern California women and girls so enjoy your day and experience the power of connection!
It is in this spirit that PBWC continues to seek new and innovative ways to build an organization that is an even stronger ally for women across California and across the public and private sectors. When we created PBWC 17 years ago, we hoped that the skills, inspiration and strategies the organization brought to businesswomen would help you create careers that were fulfilling and successful. We continue to strive toward this goal by providing you with cutting edge conferences and membership in an organization that puts you in direct touch with the very best and brightest lights in business today.
As PBWC continues its commitment to your success, so too we ask that you continue your commitment to your own success. We ask that each of you approach the conference with an open mind, an open heart and the belief that together, we can create a better and stronger world for ourselves and for our organizations.
