Dr. Ann Blackburn

Chapter Chair, Womans Presidents’ Organization; Founder/CEO, Executive Advisory Forum

Dr. Ann Blackburn is a chapter chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization, a global non-profit membership organization for women leading multimillion-dollar companies, and is the founder of the Executive Advisory Forum, a membership organization for executives and entrepreneurs.  She provides advisory counsel to senior leadership teams on business issues, operations and change management. Ann has been the CEO of EPMI, a Deputy Director for the Presidio Trust, a federal corporation, and the National Public/Private Practice Leader for Ernst & Young.
