The Next Genderation: Expo Marketplace

PBWC is now accepting applications for the 2013 Conference Expo Marketplace.

The Expo Marketplace is the conference's central activity hub featuring exhibits, food, entertainment, a bookstore, lounges and interactive areas. It serves as the main gathering place for conference attendees to network, meet the speakers, and gain resources and educational tools.

For our exhibitors, it's a sales and exposure opportunity to over 4,000 successful businesswomen and household decision-makers from a broad range of sectors.  It also generates a wealth of personal and professional contacts, while fostering the growth and development of women.

Due to tremendous popularity, exhibit space at the 2013 Conference is extremely limited.

Only sponsoring companies are guaranteed a booth.  If you are interested in becoming a PBWC sponsor, contact Kathryn Larsen at kathrynl@pbwc.org.

A limited number of additional booths are available for outside exhibitors.

Given the space limitations, priority will be given to:

  • Women owned businesses;
  • Business products that directly serve a broad base of professional women;
  • Educational institutions;
  • Health and wellness;
  • Social entrepreneurs who benefit underserved communities, are working to break the cycle of poverty, or are elevating the status of women around the world.

Apply for a booth today.  Once your application is reviewed a PBWC representative will contact you. If your application is approved she will help you complete the registration process.

Thank you for your interest in the Professional BusinessWomen of California.  We look forward to seeing you at the 2013 conference.

All Booth Packages include one 6-foot table (unless where noted), two chairs, one waste basket, one expo-only pass, and one lunch.

Please note, all arrangements for exhibit material handling, decorations, additional furniture, labor, signs, cleaning, electrical, etc., must be made at the Exhibitors expense via Curtin Convention and Exposition Services, Inc. Please contact Dianna Curtin at (415) 883-7818 or dianna@curtinconvention.com with your Exhibitor needs.

Exhibitors are allowed to carry-in items if the full contents of their booth can be carried in by one person in one trip. Otherwise delivery of all booth materials must be coordinated through Curtin Convention services per the regulations outlined below.

Since the Moscone Center of San Francisco is under Union Jurisdiction, Exhibitors must adhere to the Union Regulations for handling exhibit materials into the facility. All material handling for exhibit materials sent to the Curtin Convention's Advance Warehouse as well as those unloaded at show site must be PREPAID at the Exhibitor's expense. The rates are published in the Curtin Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be posted at www.curtinconvention.com by March.

** This is a round-trip service for personal vehicles only (not including 3rd party shippers) arriving to the show site. The full contents of your booth materials must fit on one cart. If your materials are more than one cart, the additional freight will be charged onsite by weight before delivery. This does not apply to the Advance Warehouse.
