Karen Hough is the CEO of ImprovEdge and author of “The Improvisation Edge: Secrets to Building Trust and Radical Collaboration at Work.” She sits on the board of Key Bank’s Key4Women program and WELD (Women for Economic Leadership and Development.) A graduate of Yale and La Sorbonne, Paris IV, she speaks internationally and writes on negotiation, leadership, sales, and presenting with impact, and is the recipient of the Athena Award for outstanding woman-owned business.
