Lareina Yee is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s San Francisco Office. Over her 11 years with McKinsey she has been a part of the Greater China and West Coast Offices. She works with High Tech, Media and Healthcare companies to transform their grow equation through advising on strategy, sales and marketing. For the last two years Lareina has co-led McKinsey’s research effort on Women in the US Economy. During this time she has published two articles: Unlocking the Potential of Women in the Economy and Changing Companies’ Mindsets about Women. Lareina also leads a number of women’s development initiatives within McKinsey. She graduated from the Columbia University.
