Rayona founded the Institute for Women’s Leadership in 1991. Drawing from her successful careers in education, professional sports and business, Sharpnack is considered a pioneer in this field and has become an inspirational teacher, coach and mentor for executives in Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, emerging businesses and non-profit organizations. She has helped over 25 corporations launch and/or expand the impact of their women’s initiatives.

Loretta Walker Vice President External Affairs, Bay Area, AT&T California
Loretta Walker is Vice President, External Affairs for AT&T in the Bay Area. She has been elected to the Boards of Directors of the Northern California Golf Association, Pride Industries and United Way of the Bay Area.  Mrs. Walker was named one of the San Francisco Business Times Most Influential Women in Business in 2010 and 2009. She is a graduate of Boston University and received her MBA in Marketing from Webster University.  She also successfully completed Darden’s Executive Program at the University of Virginia.

Carol Batte  Regional Manager, Sales Marketing and Community Relations, American Airlines
Carol Batte is proficient in driving marketing efforts to promote product and brand sales as well as building strategic alliances. Her work also includes activities in the areas of community relations, diversity and corporate citizenship. Her tenure at American includes experience in retail sales, customer service, technology sales and service, and event planning. Carol has received numerous honors for her work and community service contributions.

Heather Madland  Vice President of Middle Market Banking Group, Comerica Bank
Previously, Heather Madland’s roles included three years with CIT Sponsor Finance in San Francisco and three years with Madison Capital Funding LCC. Heather graduated with a BA from Cornell University.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of ACG San Francisco, The Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco, and Cornell University Council.

Maureen Kelly  Senior Director, Chief of Staff to the VP Product Marketing, Symantec Corporation
Maureen Kelly brings over 20 years of experience across all disciplines of marketing and has helped to coach over 50% of her reports onto promotions. Prior to this role Maureen held marketing positions at Vontu, OuterBay, Kenamea, CriticalPath, Amplitude, and PeopleSoft. She has a BS from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Stephanie Buscemi Group Vice President of Marketing For The Business Analytics Group, SAP
Stephanie Buscami joined SAP in 2007 from Hyperion where she spent nearly a decade, in various marketing leadership positions. She serves as a member of the Palladium Execution Premium Community (XPC) Advisory Board and is co-author of Driven to Perform, a resource book providing business professionals with tools to improve their business performance. Stephanie holds a bachelors degree from UCLA.
