Kathryn Ullrich has seven years of executive search experience with her own firm and Russell Reynolds Associates. Previously, she was Director of Product Marketing at Siebel Systems, manager in strategy consulting at Accenture, and engineering management with GTE. Ullrich has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS, cum laude, in electrical engineering from University of Michigan. She is Associate Director of Alumni Career Services for UCLA Anderson School and co-founded Professional Area Network for Women in Technology (PANW).

Deidra Lieberman President/General Manager, KGO And KSFO Radio
Deidra Lieberman previously worked in Sales Management at Susquehanna Broadcasting and for Shamrock Broadcasting and Fuller Jeffrey Broadcasting. Deidra received a BA in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University. She served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Television and Radio, Women Inspiring Women in Radio Mildred Carter Mentoring program and is on the Executive Committee for the Northern California Broadcasters Association.
Jessica Jansen Vice President, Women’s Lifestyles and Shine, Yahoo!
Jessica Jansen is responsible for the vision, strategy and continued innovation of Yahoo!’s women’s initiatives, including Shine, the number one women’s site in the U.S. Previously, Jessica led the strategy team for Yahoo!’s Americas region and prior to joining Yahoo!, Jessica was CEO and founder of Low Impact Living.com. Jessica holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters of International Relations from U.C.S.D. and a BA from Amherst College.
Marie Andel Chief Administrative Officer, California State Auto Group
After having been with the company since 1991, Marie Andel established AAA University and is a member of the Council of Communication Management. Under her leadership, the newly-built corporate headquarters received a LEED gold certification and was honored by the San Francisco Business Times as “Best New Office Building Outside of San Francisco” in 2010. Marie earned a BA from SF State University and has a certification from Mager Associates’ training manager program.
Naureen Hassan Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, Charles Schwab Bank
Naureen Hassan is the Chief Operating Officer and is on the Board of Directors of the Charles Schwab Bank. Prior to this role, she was the head of the Client Experience group for Schwab Investor Services. Naureen came to Schwab from McKinsey & Company, where she was an Associate Principal. Hassan holds a BA from Princeton University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from Stanford University.
