As co-author of the best-selling book In an Instant, Lee Woodruff chronicled her family’s recovery following her husband, national news anchor Bob Woodruff’s roadside bomb injury in Iraq.  Together they appeared on national television and radio to help put a face on the serious issue of traumatic brain injury. They have also founded the Bob Woodruff Foundation (ReMind.org) to assist wounded service members and their families receive long-term care to help them successfully reintegrate into their communities. Lee Woodruff is a contributing editor for ABC’s Good Morning America and published her second book, Perfectly Imperfect - A Life in Progress. Woodruff is also a freelance writer and ran her own public relations and marketing consulting business.
