Ana Corrales is Director of Finance at Cisco Systems, supporting the Manufacturing organization in setting the strategy and processes for worldwide manufacturing. In addition, she is responsible for manufacturing financial controls including the Sarbanes-Oxley certification. Ana joined Cisco in November of 1997 from Hewlett Packard. She has a background in manufacturing operations, manufacturing strategy and finance, spanning over eight years of industry experience. Ms. Corrales holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in Engineering Economics and Operations Research from Stanford University.
Eugenia Corrales is Vice President of Manufacturing Technology at Cisco Systems. She is responsible for defining strategies and capabilities in the areas of Test, Reliability, Quality and New Product Introduction, both at the system and component level. Ms. Corrales joined Cisco in May of 1999 from Hewlett Packard. She has a broad background, spanning over 16 years of industry experience, in the areas of Manufacturing Technology, Product Development and Field Services. Ms. Corrales holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Grinnell College and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
Maria Degois-Sainz is President, Cardiac Surgery, at Guidant Corporation and a member of Guidant’s Management Committee. Prior to that she served as Vice President of Global Marketing for Vascular Intervention, overseeing all aspects of worldwide marketing for Guidant's minimally invasive treatments for coronary artery disease. Ms. Degois-Sainz has held other key positions within Guidant including Director, Stent Marketing; European Marketing Director, Vascular Intervention; Vice President, Guidant Intermedics Europe; and Vice President, Cardiac Rhythm Management and Cardiac Surgery Europe. She has been with Guidant since its spin-off from Eli Lilly and Company in 1994.
Anna Fels, M.D., is a practicing psychiatrist who has written for the New York Times Book Review, the Science Times section of the New York Times, The Nation, Self, the Times Literary Supplement, and The Harvard Business Review. She is the author of Necessary Dreams: Ambition in Women’s Changing Lives. A member of the faculty of the Weill Medical College of Cornell University at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Fels lives with her husband and two children in New York City.
