PBWC Member Snapshot Jackie S. McNab is Vice President of Customer Engineering for Quantum Corporation, the world's leading storage supplier. She is responsible for a 300-member staff performing customer test and support, test development, design assurance, product engineering and team processes. Before joining Quantum, Ms. McNab was employed with Seagate Technology for six years in a number of leadership positions, with responsibility for technology strategy, process development, equipment and facilities design. Her assignments included Vice President of Media Engineering in Singapore for three years, and then Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing for the Recording Media Group. Jackie McNab has worked in the disk drive Industry for the last 15 years in a variety of engineering, management and marketing positions.
