As companies are striving to and being held accountable for building inclusive and diverse cultures, it’s vital to hire diversely and give minority employees the support they need to thrive. The question we must ask ourselves in leadership positions is: how can we be advocates to a diverse range of employees?

In this presentation, Kenzie Ferguson will share insights about how:

  • having both female and male mentors are essential to career growth
  • having executive support promotes the confidence required to succeed
  • tackling imposter syndrome creates the courage needed to stand out from the crowd

This webinar will be recorded.
