Happy Vibes Video Series for Well-Being Wednesday with Jaime Komer

Our intention for the Happy Vibes Video Series is to help you meet the constant changes and new territory that we are all experiencing with solidarity, courage, compassion, curiosity, self-acceptance and love. 

 

The Happy Vibes Video Series will be hosted by Jaime Komer, an Empowerment Coach and Speaker who shares “Happy Vibes” to elevate well-being. Happy Vibes represents your ability, choice and gift to positively impact others by being wholeheartedly you and choosing a fulfilling life on your terms—to be the light.

 

The 6-week program will begin on Wednesday, April 15th and conclude on Wednesday, May 20th. On-demand videos will be shared on the Perspectives page of the PBWC website, as well as shared via email and social channels every Wednesday.

The 6-week program will begin on April 15th and conclude on May 20th.

  • April 15th – Releasing Physical and Emotional Tension: Both playful and mindful, this powerful practice helps you let go of any built up stress in your body and mind.
  • April 22nd – Loving Kindness Meditation: Calm the inner chatter. Refocus. Share the Happy Vibes.
  • April 29th – Shifting from Self-Critical to Self-Love: We can all use a little extra love right now. This self-compassion practice helps you shift out of self-critical mode and into being a supportive fan.
  • May 6th – Making Friends With Your Cheeky Inner Critic: The inner critic is extra cheeky and negative when experiencing any type of change. Here’s what we can do about it.
  • May 13th – Recharge Your Motivation: Who wants a foot massage? Here’s a unique practice sharing the relationship between your foot muscles and recharging your sense of motivation.
  • May 20th – Taking Back your Energy Meditation: Is your mind being pulled in every direction? Use this visual meditation to regain and refocus your energy.
