Since 1989, Professional BusinessWomen of California (PBWC) has
inspired women to recognize and pursue their professional dreams.

Through our annual conferences, dedicated to professional businesswomen,
we offer a forum for entrepreneurial women, corporate executives,
including public and non-profit professionals, to access unparalleled
opportunities for realizing those dreams.

Dedicated to accelerating the advancement of women in the workplace,
PBWC aims to:

  • Develop women’s business leadership and strategic thinking
    skills.
  • Bring influential women together — from the likes of
    Cokie Roberts, Maya Angelou, Jackie Joyner Kersee and many more
    — for over 15 years.
  • Foster women’s upward career mobility.
  • Expose women to fellow entrepreneurial thinkers, business
