PBWC's annual conference is a non-partisan event designed to attract enterprising, high-ranking women from throughout the state. Women anticipating new products and services. Women seeking opportunities to expand and develop their businesses. Women aspiring to the next level of performance and leadership in their chosen careers.
Demographics show our audience as businesswomen primarily in the 26-55 age range with the majority in between 36-45 years of age. The average annual income of these women is $69,000. While 64% are employed by major corporations, another 19% are enterprising entrepreneurs. Of those self employed, over 55% have been in business more than 6 years. Many belong to Chambers of Commerce, professional associations, and other established networking groups... including more than 120 active women's organizations in the Bay Area. In fact, over 15,000 key professional women - corporate executives, buyers, and other leading decision-makers - have benefitted from past PBWC conferences. Over 60,000 invitations are being mailed to key professional and businesswomen throughout Northern California
