Conference Evaluation Door Prizes and
Rules of Entry
Thanks to our sponsors, exhibitors and friends,
we are pleased to have an outstanding group of Prizes which are
listed below. Some prizes will be announced
the day of our conference and some post-Conference on our website
at: www.pwbc.org
Here's how you can win one of the Prizes:
Please Note:
There are two short surveys and to be eligible for ALL Prizes,
we request you complete both (each takes approximately 2-3 minutes
to complete).
- Complete the Annual PBWC Demographic
Survey up until 5.PM. today
There are electronic black survey boxes conveniently located
in the Exhibit Hall. Simply PRESS ON and in about two minutes
you can help us learn about who comes to the Conference and
why.
Prize Entry: Drop your business
card or fill out a form and drop it in the baskets near the
survey boxes. You are then entered for today's prize drawings
ONLY.
These prizes will be drawn at the Closing Reception.
- Complete the Online 2002 Conference
Evaluation between 2:30 P.M. today or Online by June 10, 2002.
In the Apple Cyber Café, after 2:30 P.M., the
Conference Evaluation can be completed Online in a couple of
minutes. Also, by simply providing your e-mail address and name
on a business card during lunch, we can also e-mail you the
Evaluation post-Conference if you would rather do it then. You
can also complete the Evaluation on paper found in the Apple
Cyber Café and in other clearly marked locations. By
providing your e-mail we promise to notify you of the prize
winner and will send no further e-mails without your permission.
Any way you choose to do it, you will help us improve future
Conferences and can provide valuable suggestions and insight
about your experience. We read every one.
Prize Entry: You must provide
your e-mail address and name either Online, with a business
card or on paper to be entered for ALL Prizes.
ONLY Evaluation entrants are eligible for the Canyon
Ranch Resort Prize (see below)
All entrants will be e-mailed notification of the posting of
this incredible Prize
