Amy C. Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School. Named to the biannual Thinkers50 list three times, Edmondson’s writing is widely published in books, articles and case studies. Edmondson received her PhD in organizational behavior plus degrees in psychology and engineering and design, all from Harvard University. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with her husband, a physician/scientist, and their two sons.
