On June 18, 2025, PBWC’s Annual Conference brought together professionals across industries and career stages for a dynamic day of learning, inspiration, and personal growth. Rooted in the theme “We Will,” the program featured keynote talks and fireside chats that offered actionable strategies to strengthen leadership, shift your money mindset and negotiate for your future, and build resilience. Attendees left empowered with fresh perspective, practical tools, and renewed purpose to lead with courage and intention.

The excitement continued with the opening of PBWC’s virtual conference venue on June 19, where attendees unlocked bonus breakout sessions on networking skills, personal branding, leadership, and executive presence. On June 20, participants gathered for live online discussion groups focused on finding your purpose, self-care, navigating conflict, internal career moves, and mentorship. 

It was a week packed with insight, connection, and community, designed to uplevel your career at every stage.
