While progress for women in the workplace has stalled, and even reversed, thousands from around the world chose to Engage at PBWC’s 34th Annual Conference.

Recognizing the power of community and a collective desire to do right and do well, attendees logged on to draw energy and inspiration from one another. Engage took on a unique meaning for each individual’s personal vision and aspirations. From recognizing one’s worth and being present to building connections and skills that impact career growth, the PBWC community heard from luminaries and thought-leaders making meaningful change within their organizations, industries and beyond.
