PBWC’s annual conference provides inspiration, creates connections and develops personal and professional skills to support careers and organizations.
Since 1989, PBWC’s Annual Conference has brought together thousands of women and men of diverse backgrounds, genders and ages united by a shared vision of equality for all in the workplace. The event delivers motivational keynote speakers, skill-building seminar sessions and high-impact networking opportunities to support our members and subscribers as they advance in their careers.
This year, we held our 31st Annual Conference virtually for the first time ever, converting the one-day in-person event into three amazing days of inspiration and connection. Attendees joined from over forty states and over ten countries to hear and learn from Keynote and Seminar speakers who addressed the challenges we’re all facing today: the evolving workplace, racism, allyship and hope for our future.
