BACKGROUND

The Professional BusinessWomen of California (PBWC) is California’s premier non-profit organization working to support professional women and achieve gender equality in business settings. PBWC was founded almost 35 years ago by recently retired, trailblazing U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier of the San Francisco Bay Area. The organization offers sponsors, members and the broader community a range of ways to engage, including year-round webinars, virtual or in-person community events (100-150 people, 3-5 per year) and an annual conference (5,000-7,000 on average). Regular content is shared to thousands of social media followers and an opt-in email list of over 40,000 contacts globally.

Bring PBWC’s 2024 conference theme to life with a captivating, inspiring and breakthrough design that is easily and economically extended across all conference applications and across environmental, digital and traditional channels.

 

PROJECT SCOPE

1.) Develop 2024 conference sub-brand (theme) style guide

2.) Design theme lock-up for use on (with possible variations for brand recognition and shelf-life):

  • Social Media

 

3.) Create theme header (w/date, time and location) for use on:

  • E-blasts
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Digital and Print Advertising

 

4.) Letterhead Design for use in: 

  • Speaker Contracts
  • Sponsor Flyer (for internal circulation)

 

5.) PBWC.org Header Banner

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS

PBWC prefers to be in-market with our new conference graphics by late January 2024. We will need to finalize the branding and initial graphics (save the dates and conference registration site are top priority) in early January 2024 to prepare for conference registration launch.

 

HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS RFP

Please submit a detailed proposal, including the following:

  • Itemized deliverables
  • Project plan with milestones and detailed timeline
  • Bios for proposed resources
  • Representative samples of recent, relevant work
  • List of three client references
  • Detailed budget, including hourly rates for each resource
