Peer accountability groups can make the difference between setting versus actually achieving our goals.
This session will explore such groups, the different forms they may take, and how to use them to accelerate your progress. Live participation is required for a moderated opportunity to experience peer accountability groups in action.

Marya Stark is a women’s leadership expert who has founded platforms that have helped change the face of leadership in the US. Before founding Trajectory Women, Marya co-founded Emerge America, the premier political leadership training organization for women, with 30 statewide programs and over 5,000 alumnae. Over 1,000 Emerge alumnae currently serve in public office, including the first Native American women to serve in the US Cabinet, Secretary Deb Haaland, Congresswoman Lucy McBath and San Francisco Mayor London Breed. As Founding Executive Director and subsequently its Board Chair, Marya led Emerge for its first eight years.
An accomplished trainer and workshop facilitator, Amelia focuses on team performance, collaboration and culture-building.
