In this session, we’ll lay out tactics that individual women can and should use to advance their own career while simultaneously supporting the greater cause of gender diversity. Whether it’s being strategic about your career path, resisting wage imbalance wherever you see it, or mentoring other women, the individual actions women take daily will have an impact on the women who follow. We’ll discuss how to define your personal brand around being a woman who supports other women…or as we like to call it, a true Fairygodboss.
