Last December, Kaiser Permanente and PBWC produced an engaging Community Event that explored the connection between good health and good leadership. And we’re eager to continue the conversation this September from the lens of mindfulness with a panel discussion and guided meditation.

From setting individual and team business goals to modeling daily health practices in their own lives, leaders impact the experience and the sense of fulfillment an employee has in the workplace—and how it translates to their personal lives.

We’ll explore:

  • the real-world benefits of mindfulness,
  • how to maintain empathetic connections, and
  • what it means to be an effective leader during a pandemic and a period of civil unrest.

This event is sold out.
