- AI adoption among knowledge workers has surged to 66% in 2024, with AI users being 11 points happier with their work relationship than non-users
- Over two-thirds of knowledge workers want personalized work experiences, and 87% would be willing to forgo part of their salary to get it
- Only 44% of leaders feel confident in their human skills, with female leaders showing notably higher confidence in their skills compared to their male counterparts
