Annual Conference
Since 1989, PBWC’s Annual Conference has brought together thousands of women and men of diverse backgrounds, genders and ages united by a shared vision of equal opportunity for all in the workplace. The always-anticipated event delivers motivational keynote speakers, skill-building seminar sessions and high-impact networking opportunities to support our members and subscribers as they advance in their careers.
Our 31st Annual Conference was held virtually for the first-time ever, allowing us to convert our one-day in-person event to three amazing days of inspiration and connection without the limitations of space and location. Attendees joined us from over forty states and over ten countries to hear and learn from the luminaries, thought leaders and change markers of our time, including: actors and activists Yara Shahidi and Cate Blanchett; Morgan Stanley’s Managing Director and author, Carla Harris; San Francisco Federal Reserve CEO and President, Mary Daly; educator and trailblazer Dr. Tererai Trent; and, journalist Lisa Ling interviewing rocket scientists, Tiera Fletcher and former Girl Scouts of the USA CEO, Syliva Acevedo as they shared how we all can reach for the stars and achieve our goals.
This year’s Keynote and Seminar speakers addressed the challenges we’re all facing today: the evolving workplace, racism, allyship and hope for our future.
In a time of uncertainty, when we’re craving togetherness, PBWC’s 31st Annual Conference affirmed that when we come together for a common cause, we remember that we are resilient, we are powerful and can realize change #ForGood.
